Aluxes Root is a Mexican/Venezuelan agritech company focused on transforming how cities and wellness destinations produce food. We were born in Tulum with a clear vision: to redefine urban agriculture for the new generation of wellness and hospitality destinations.

 

Through urban farming and smart cultivation systems, we develop premium microgreens with local, efficient, and sustainable production. Our goal is to create a network of next-generation urban farms, bringing fresh and functional food to modern hotels, restaurants, and communities.

 

We utilize vertical farming, controlled environments, and optimized processes to meet the growing demand for premium food in high-growth markets. Our vision is to become the leading agrotech platform for urban farming wellness in Latin America and expand this model internationally.
